1.上膠量不足。如果上膠網(wǎng)線出現(xiàn)堵塞或者磨損,引起膠粘劑固含量不足就會(huì)導(dǎo)致上膠量小而出現(xiàn)白點(diǎn)。經(jīng)常清洗上膠網(wǎng)線輥,保證上膠量。在停機(jī)時(shí)保持發(fā)動(dòng)網(wǎng)線輥空轉(zhuǎn),防止堵板,根據(jù)印刷品狀態(tài)調(diào)整膠水濃度選擇合適的網(wǎng)線輥。
1. Insufficient glue amount. If the gluing screen cable is blocked or worn, resulting in insufficient solid content of adhesive, it will lead to small gluing amount and white spots. Clean the gluing wire roller frequently to ensure the gluing amount. When the machine is shut down, keep the wire roller idling to prevent blocking. 2.紙箱廠印刷工序溶劑殘留高和復(fù)合工序溶劑殘留高都會(huì)出現(xiàn)白點(diǎn),因?yàn)榘l(fā)生這兩種情況材料阻隔性比較好,在復(fù)合后導(dǎo)致溶劑殘留高,熟化后復(fù)合膜內(nèi)的大量溶劑被釋放出來(lái)形成氣泡和白點(diǎn),甚更多的白點(diǎn)。
2. The high solvent residue in the printing process and the high solvent residue in the composite process in the carton factory will lead to white spots, because the barrier property of the material is relatively good in these two cases, resulting in high solvent residue after compounding. 解決方法:盡量控制印刷工序及復(fù)合工序溶劑殘留量,必要情況下將下機(jī)樣品放入80℃烘箱中30分鐘,觀察白點(diǎn)有無(wú)消失,在這里提醒大家烘箱溫度分段設(shè)定,避免剛開(kāi)始溫度過(guò)高,涂膠界面結(jié)皮,溶劑揮發(fā)不完全。

3.油墨隱瞞力差。紙箱廠介紹油墨隱瞞力差會(huì)引起白點(diǎn),特別是淡色油墨。光線穿過(guò)油墨層而被鋁層反射回來(lái),發(fā)生的白點(diǎn)選擇隱瞞力好、油墨粒度細(xì)的油墨。恰當(dāng)增加上墨量,進(jìn)步隱瞞率。這兒并不是說(shuō)粘合劑本身,這種粘合劑表面張力高,涂布性能差,涂布不均形成的白點(diǎn)現(xiàn)象。
3. Poor concealment of ink. Carton factory introduced that the poor concealment of ink will cause white spots, especially light ink. The light passes through the ink layer and is reflected back by the aluminum layer. For the white spots, choose the ink with good concealment and fine ink particle size. Properly increase the amount of ink and improve the concealment rate. This is not the adhesive itself. This adhesive has high surface tension, poor coating performance and uneven coating.
