1、如果是新輥高材質里紙破裂，檢查瓦楞楞型設計R-r差值是否合理，適當減小瓦楞壓力。

1. If it is a new roll high material in the paper rupture, check the corrugating type design R-R difference is reasonable, reduce corrugating pressure properly.

2、新輥高速里紙破裂：瓦楞輥表面重新拋光。

2. New roller high speed paper break: corrugated roller surface RE polishing.

3、小卷時里紙破裂：檢查頂針水平，上下滑塊鍵是否磨損，如磨損及時換向或更換，同時在做小卷時可適當松開頂針。

4、接紙機接紙里紙破裂：調整接紙機參數。特別是對克重檔原紙的適應能力，隨著國內企業(yè)普遍使用克重或檔原紙來降成本，紙幅褶皺、紙幅撕裂、塌瓦碎瓦等現(xiàn)象隨之而來，目前高性能接紙機通過紙幅展平技術、多重緩沖技術和小張力控制技術很大地提高了對原紙的適應能力。

5、瓦楞上膠面里紙破裂：可重新調整膠輥與瓦楞輥間隙。（在熱機狀況下調整）
