提出要強(qiáng)化運(yùn)用“以紙代木”包裝已有三年之久，但現(xiàn)在的進(jìn)展速度較為緩慢，尤其是在蜂窩紙箱的推廣上。其中，主要的原因就是人們對(duì)蜂窩紙箱的了解還不夠，乃存在一些誤解和偏見。首當(dāng)其沖就是終端用戶的認(rèn)識(shí)缺乏，他們普遍認(rèn)為紙質(zhì)包裝的功能不及木質(zhì)包裝，而且關(guān)于節(jié)材代木的環(huán)保意識(shí)也比較薄弱。采訪中有一些尚未采用蜂窩紙箱的終端用戶就清晰表示，他們不愿意承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來改變現(xiàn)有的包裝形式。

The first is the lack of awareness of end users, who generally believe that the function of paper packaging is not as good as that of wood packaging, and the environmental awareness of wood saving is also relatively weak. In the interview, some end users who have not yet adopted the honeycomb carton made it clear that they are not willing to take the risk to change the existing packaging form.

2、產(chǎn)品功能有待提高

從蜂窩紙箱本身功能上來看，多位受訪者表示蜂窩紙箱存在一個(gè)致命的弱點(diǎn)，即防水、防潮功能較差。蜂窩紙箱存在哪幾現(xiàn)在，即使大部分出口商品包裝采用的蜂窩紙箱經(jīng)過防水、防潮處理，蜂窩紙箱受潮或遇水嚴(yán)重后各項(xiàng)物理功能指標(biāo)都會(huì)隨之下降，方面困惑和挑戰(zhàn)？導(dǎo)致內(nèi)裝商品受損，從而形成一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。另外，蜂窩紙箱的強(qiáng)度也是一大擔(dān)憂，尤其是戳穿強(qiáng)度和邊壓強(qiáng)度還有待提高。因而，現(xiàn)在蜂窩紙箱只能在某一范圍內(nèi)替代木箱包裝，并不是完全取代。

Are they confused and challenged? It leads to the damage of the internal goods, thus forming a certain economic loss. In addition, the strength of honeycomb carton is also a big concern, especially the puncture strength and edge pressing strength need to be improved. Therefore, the honeycomb carton can only replace the wooden packing in a certain range, not completely.

3、生產(chǎn)成本高

蜂窩紙箱成本偏高也是不容忽視的一大問題。要想確保蜂窩紙箱具有較高的強(qiáng)度，就須采用進(jìn)口高定量原紙或原紙，這樣勢(shì)必會(huì)添加原材料成本；如果制作工藝較為落后，蜂窩紙箱生產(chǎn)過程的損耗也會(huì)較高，一般，以一般瓦楞紙板損耗10%計(jì)算，重型瓦楞紙板將損耗20%，這樣生產(chǎn)制形成本將會(huì)相應(yīng)添加。如此一來，蜂窩紙箱的綜合成本就大大添加。
